The Beginning
DropKudi was born in Lagos, Nigeria, from a realization that the way we support each other during milestones was broken. Whether it was a birthday, a wedding, or an urgent medical need, the process of sharing bank details felt transactional, cold, and often uncomfortable.
Founder Sunday Joseph Ngbede saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between financial support and emotional connection. He envisioned a platform where a gift isn't just a transfer of value, but a part of a larger story.
