The rules for using DropKudi to celebrate and receive love.
1. Legal Entity & Agreement
DropKudi is operated by DROPKUDI TECHNOLOGIES, a registered business entity in Nigeria. By using our platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with DROPKUDI TECHNOLOGIES.
Our business verification is available upon request for institutional partners and compliance purposes.
2. Acceptable Use
DropKudi is for celebrating life's moments. By using the platform, you agree not to:
- Create fake or deceptive fundraising campaigns.
- Use the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Harass or intimidate other users through gift messages.
3. Payments & Fees
DropKudi charges a small service fee per transaction to cover infrastructure, payment processing, and business operations. These fees are clearly displayed before any transaction is completed. All payouts are processed securely via Paystack and are subject to standard clearance periods of 24-48 hours.

4. Refunds & Disputes
Gifts are generally non-refundable once processed as they represent voluntary transfers of value. In the case of suspected fraud, unauthorized card use, or technical errors, please contact our support team within 14 days to open an investigation.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our safety policies, engage in suspicious activity, or breach any term of this agreement. In such cases, pending payouts may be held for investigation for up to 90 days as required by financial regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
DROPKUDI TECHNOLOGIES provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
